By "Inherited MacBook Pro" do you mean it was a deceased family member who was the previous owner? If yes, you can request access to the accounts if you can provide what is required by this document --> How to request access to a deceased family member's Apple account - Apple Support

If you are not related to the deceased (if there is a deceased), you cannot ask for help from Apple, nor will Apple help you. And we can't help you either.

Please provide more details if this is not the device of a deceased family member.
