How do I recover my notes that are stored up in the cloud. I got a new iPhone 13 but the notes did not carry over to the new phone how do I retrieve those

Troubleshooting Lost Notes:
A. Where to Go:
- Start Here:Â If you're Missing Notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -Â Apple Support
- iCloud in Settings: Look in iCloud settings in each device, and make sure that Notes is clicked. If it is, then unclick it, and then click it again.

- Proceed from there, as necessary
