A. Troubleshooting Mobile Data Issue:

• Start here: If you can't Make or Receive Calls on your iPhone - Apple Support
• Troubleshooting "No Service": Is "No Service" shown on the top-left corner of your screen? If so, go here to fix that: If you See No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
• Contact your Carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the service of Cellularand Voicemail.

B. Troubleshooting WiFi Issue:

• Start Here: If your iPhone won’t Connect to a Wi-Fi Network - Apple Support
• Clear Temporary Internet Files: If connecting is unsuccessful, try clearing out your Temporary Internet Files: History, Cache, and Cookies: Go Here: Clear your Safari Browser History and Set Up Content Blockers on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
• Disable, then Enable WiFi: In Settings, try disabling Bluetooth, and then reenabling Bluetooth, seeing if that makes all the difference.
• Restore form a Backup: Have a backup of your iPhone? If you are not concerned with losing data, then restore your iPhone from a backup that was made when Wi-Fi was working. Prior to restoring, always know to backup your iPhone, incase anything goes wrong in the future.
