Unlock notes.
I have a note that is locked and I cannot remember password for it. How do I unlock it. ?? I have done this in past and unlocked it but cannot Remember how? Somebody please help.

No, Apple has not changed anything. As long as locked notes have existed, you needed the password and there is no way to circumvent it.. You can use Face/Touch ID for convenience, but behind that has always been a password.
As the article you came here from comments, you can reset the password for locking notes, but that is for new locked notes going forward. It does not get you into your previously locked notes.
Now if you reset your notes password, then unlock one of those old notes using the correct password, I believe it will prompt you if you'd like it to change to the new password. But that means you knew the password to unlock the old notes.
