Why does my iPhone 5s say that I have to connect to iTunes by the way is my old phone but I have no idea what my password is and I tried every single one of my password but it’s not working

You will need to restore the device using a computer. The process will erase the device. Later you can restore your data from a recent back-up. Instructions in the blue link above your name on this page.
