How do I file a claim on my iPhone insurance thru apple.com?
My Siri is not working and my screen has some cracks and I would like to file a claim.

Click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process. If you purchased AppleCare+ you will use one of your two allotments of accidental damage and pay a deductible to do an out-of-warranty replacement. If you did not the damage will not be covered.
