Can I get a refund?

it charge me 159.99 and I didn’t get that item. In the app it said error for my payment then I restart the app. I saw the item didn’t gives me ,still stay with the shop and the purchase history also didn’t show up with I purchase the 159.99 item. So can I get refund or how do I fix this.

PENDING $159.99 ... means the payment hasn't been deducted from your account yet.

So the payment has not been completed.


If you need to claim a refund, there is nothing Apple could refund, as the $159.99 has not been paid yet.

.... after t/ if he the payment goes through, you could then ask for a refund.
