Apple Watch I purchased an apple watch from a friend yesterday, and it has an activation lock on it. she doesn’t remember the password to the apple ID and it won’t factory reset to where i can bypass having to use that apple id. i’m unsure of what to do and i was hoping i could somehow get someone to unlock it for me through apple.

The person that you bought/got this watch from needs to follow all the steps in this link;

Remove the Activation Lock so that the buyer can use it.

If they can't or won't then get your money back or recycle the watch and mark it down as a bad experience.
