My right Beats Studio Bud stops working as soon as I take the left one out of the case

My right earbud stops working as soon as I take the left one out of the case. Help!!!

I had this issue but with the left AirPod. I did everything (forget the device, turn off Bluetooth, reconnect, etc). After calling Apple support, their only solution was to mail in my AirPods for repair... This is what worked for me:


  1. FORGET this device on EVERY device it's ever been connected with - Computers, iPads, Phones, TVs. Then, turn off all those devices. Then, start over on your preferred device.
