Iphone hacked pop up add

Hello, I have clicked a link and the link made me go to another site, after it took me to the other site it said Iphone has been hacked. This has happened yesterday and nothing has happened now. I am concerned that someone is watching through my phone, I am concerned that I am hacked should I be concerned?
