Massive data increase.

My normal data usage is about 2.5 GB per month. For the first 2 weeks of this month its gone up to 38.52GB so I am, for the first time every, close to being out of data. I have absolutely no idea why as I am not using my phone more or differently. I have spoken to my mobile phone provider who couldn't help at all. I am not very tech savvy but is there a setting I could have messed up or something else Could try to sort it out.

I would be grateful for any help as I am perplexed and somewhat alarmed!

Hello Mackirdy,

To get a breakdown of what has used cellular data, go to Settings > Cellular, then scroll down to the Cellular Data section. Down there it will list all the apps you have on your device and how much data they have used during the current billing period.

Use cellular data on your iPhone or iPad

Cheers!
