The warranty and AppleCare protection has expired on my nearly 4 year old iPad Pro. The battery still charges up but won't hold a charge very long. An Apple Store rep said I could not have the battery replaced and that I should just replace the iPad? Is that accurate?
It doesn't seem right to pay $800 for a device that must be replaced in less than 4 years.
