Iphone 13Pro Max US phone use in India

I am planning to buy Iphone 13 Pro max (No carrier attached) in US to be used by my dad in India. Will it work ?

Are there any issues with usage/carrier in-compatibility ?

Get an unlocked phone from Apple. You should not have any problems. The only issue will be that the phone will have no warranty coverage for any repairs. If a warranty repair is needed, the phone will have to be returned to the US.
