Purchased more but storage won’t update

I upgraded to 200 GB storage but my settings still say full but show 63.4 GB used. I tried restarting my phone several times but I keep running into the same problem. What am I doing wrong?

And...

C. "Other" being the Culprit:

Use this Link: How to Check the Storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support. The storage named "Other" is the grey bar. So, to clear that, this is what to perform: Clear Other storage on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
