Unexpected shutdown & restart - iPhone 13

I'm using iPhone 13 and for a couple of months, the phone is auto-restarting. Initially, this happened while I was using the camera and now even happening after unlocking.

I checked panic log and it says:

"panicString" : "panic(cpu 3 caller 0xfffffff020b753f4): \"Failed to stop GFX FW for GPU recovery\" @agxk_fwc_arm.cpp:2623\nDebugger message.

I'm not sure what's causing the issue with GFX and GPU.

Customer support asked to format the phone, but it's not useful.

Can someone please help?

iPhone 13, iOS 15

Since your device is still covered by warranty, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Regards

Giulio
