Spam email getting into email app on iPhone but not Ipad

I have noticed a lot of spam is reaching my inbox on my iPhone but the same spam email is sent to the junk folder on my iPad.

Both are running 15.5 and I’ve blocked dozens of random email addresses. It looks like My address was BCC’d on a lot of these email, so there weren’t directly addressed to me.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks for the links.

I’m still unclear as to why the mail app is behaving differently on my iPhone than it is on my iPad.

The same spam I see in my phone’s inbox is being caught and not showing in my tablet’s inbox.

is there a setting I’m missing somewhere?
