Are there any work arounds to update my 2010 iMac with 10.13.6 to a later version or updating Safari 13.1.2 by itself, Getting message from Bank Website that I am using outdated browser

There is no workaround to update beyond 10.13.6 but another option is to use a 3rd party browser that will allow a current version of the browser. The current version of Chrome for example, will run on OS X 10.11 or later. https://www.google.com/chrome/
