My phone screen is starting to tweak out with no previous damage

My iPhone 12 Pro Max began to have issues nearly after a year of having it I don’t know if this is covered or not by wàrrenty but it’s diss appointig to seee how apple will force its customers to purchase a new product after the release of it’s previous predecessor
