My focus isn’r working

My focus isn’t working. When I turn it on it doesn’t show notifications silenced. It still goes through the normal way

Focus status won't turn off I recently updated my MacBook OS to Ventura 13.0.1, and updated my iPhone to 16.1.1. Today I turned on Focus while I was in a meeting, and now it won't turn off. The straightforward On/Off button from the previous operating systems seems to have vanished, on both my devices. What's going on? Apple, please fix this.

Focus modes app list is blank I’m trying to set up a focus and when I try to add apps to allow notifications it doesn’t show any app, it’s just blank. I’ve updated my software, turned on and off my phone, reset my home screen and the control center. I’ve tried looking up this issue on google, x and youtube, and can’t find an answer. Please help 🥲
