Factory resetting

I have a used MacBook Air not sure any other information about it except the stuff printed on the back bottom part.

model A1466 EMC 2925. Was told it was reset already but think I want to do it again to make sure I know what is going on with it. I am new to Apple so not sure know or understand lot about what is what yet
