Final Cut Pro Error

I am trying to import my iMovie library into final cut and it won't. The error message I keep receiving is..

DTD validation failed, element asset content does not follow the DTD, expecting media-re, metadata got element asset content does not follow the DTD

I get a list of multiple error message that say this same thing

I deleted just about my entire iMovie library and it is still giving me this message. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks!

You omitted to mention important details like the versions of macOS, FCP and iMovie.

The error suggests to me that your iMovie may be an older version than that of FCP.

Try updating iMovie. The current versions of iMovie and FCP are 10.3.3 and 10.6.3, respectively.

Yes of course so I open iMovie, then open a project, then highlight iMovie library, then go to file, then select send iMovie library to final cut.

It will let me import some of my projects individually however, all my raw original media that I imported from the original iMovie project does not come over. The time line will but not all the media if that makes sense.
