Kernel panic

Currently, on a 2019 Macbook Pro 16-inch (macOS Monterey 12.4), I've been getting frequent Kernel panics every few days (around a week on average).Friends who have encountered such problems can communicate with each other, hoping to solve this problem. thanks!!!
