icloud for windows probelms on Win11 ARM (Parallel)

I had a VM Win11 setup on my M1 chip MacBook pro. I was trying to setup icloud for windows under win11 with the following error

Microsoft Office Outlook

"Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot

fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it

as the default mail client."

which I have a office 365 and confirm that its a 64bit version.

anyone can help me solve this ? thank you
