IPHONE 13 NOT ACCEPTING CORRECT PASSCODE

My iphone 13 is not accepting my correct passcode, i'm sure that I didn't change it because minutes ago, I still used the passcode 2x since I restarted my phone and I need to input my passcode to open it. However, a few minutes after, the passcode was not working anymore. Please help me, I don't want to reset my phone since it'll erase all my datas. Is there also any way to backup my disabled phone? Thanks!
