"_____" wants to use the "login" keychain.

Why does my computer keep displaying popups wanting my password for:

*assistantd wants to use the "login" keychain

*Transparent network proxy for Apple system services wants to use the "login" keychain

How did it start? How do I get rid of it?

Typically, this would mean that your Mac's Keychain password does not match your user login password. Did you recently change your user account password? Is this the only user account on your Mac?
