How can I reactivate my stolen iPhone that was brought back to me?

Hi! I got my phone stolen few months ago and since I had AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss, I got my replacement after they erased my phone. The same phone that was stolen was now brought back to me. Is there any way I could reactivate it and remove activation lock since it has been erased and removed from Find my Device?
