WindowServer Crash when connect to an External Monitor

Hi guys,

I got issue since this Monday. My windowserver process would crash whenever I connect my macbook to an external monitor. It would bring me back to login screen. (BTW: my bluetooth keyboard would switch OPT and COMMAND key after that. Reconnecting keyboard would resolve this issue.)

I had tried below command but it didn't work.

rm /Library/Preferences/com.apple.windowserver.plist
rm ~/Library/Preferences/ByHost/com.apple.windowserver*.plist

I also tried to upgrade my system from version 12.4 to 12.5. But it is no use.

I had attached crash report. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot.

This machine has a lot of configuration profiles.

It seems that this is was configured by an IT department, so you probably need to check with them.

If this were a home mac, then there should be zero configuration profiles.

Since the issue is recent, it may have to do with some of the recent updates.

There were several pieces of software recently installed, like these ones (recent dates marked in bold):

System Extensions:
