My startup screen is the "Monterey Graphic" - I recently changed my desktop to a picture "Big Sur Mountains" and would like to use that picture as my startup screen image...how do I do that?

You are welcome and thank you too 🇨🇦
Do come back to the Apple Support Communities ( ASC ) in the future, if / or when additional questions may arise
That maybe achieved provided
1 - There is Only One User Account
2 - FileVault is Not enabled on this computer
One out of two isn't bad, so if I turn off FileVault and have only one user account, how would I change?
Thank you, have a good day!
