Cannot log in to apple tv on sony bravia

I have 3 sony bravias. 2 of them I can log in just fine. the third will not accept my apple ID and password. I know I have the correct information. the 2 TVs that work allow me to sign in by scanning the QBR code on the tv. the tv that will not allow me to sign in does not provide that option.
