Register of new device.

I just received a new device and want to register it. Where do I go to register it or is it automatically registered when I purchased it from Apple store?

Apple doesn't register devices. Warranty for a device is linked to the serial number of the device.

Once you sign into your iCloud/Apple ID account on the new device, it should show up under your devices automatically.
