I have an iPhone 7 that is sim locked. I have straight talk. Can I use a sim internationally with it?

If "straight talk" is your carrier, you have a question for them as to whether they have an International Plan option that you can use with the phone.

For example, ATT offers a plan for $10 a day that allows you to use your current plan Internationally in something like 250+ countries.
