Can't save downloads
when I try to save a download to my homescreen the add button is greyed now, I used to be able to add on my iPhone and iPad.

A couple things helpful to note and to test for troubleshooting and isolating, if you haven’t already -
1. The source of these downloads.
2. Are you able to add them to the Files app, which is similar to a Finder or Explorer window on a computer and allows you to sync files with iCloud Drive.
3. Whether this happens with multiple files types.
If this pertains to installing apps on your devices, please check in Settings > Home Screen and see if ‘Add to Home Screen’ is checked. Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone
