if you want notes to be synced between an iPhone and a MacBook, turn on Notes in iCloud

Set up iCloud for Notes on all your devices - Apple Support

if it is from the same Apple ID, it will be automatically synced from iCloud. if it is not in the same Apple ID then try airdropping it or sending via iMessages.
