Daughter's icloud account not active

Set up an icloud account for my daughter a few days ago. It's showing up on her phone as the account. It's showing up on my phone under family sharing, but when she tried to log into it, it says the account ID or password is not correct. Tried to reset the password but it says the account is not active. Tried to see if I had forgotten the user ID so put in her name and email address, checking the address showing up on family sharing, but it says there are no records. I don't know what has happened.

Can you access the account at https://appleid.apple.com with the password you used when you created it?

If not, you will need to contact Apple Support to get it sorted out: link-> contact Apple Support

The most common thing is that when you created the Apple ID you mistyped the email address.

You can verify what email address you used exactly, by looking under Family Sharing. It will tell you exactly what email address it is using.

Then you can log in https://appleid.apple.com and correct it if necessary.

Once corrected, you should get a verification email for the account to the email address you used. You can then click the the link to verify it and it should activate the account.
