Apple Watch Series 7 Standing app

I wear my Apple Watch everyday and lately I've noticed that even though I am standing every hour, sometimes for more than just a few minutes, it isn't registering as standing for that hour. I can be cleaning in the kitchen for an hour and it doesn't show up as standing for that time. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a fix for this. I did a half hour walk with my dog today and that showed as exercise, but does not show up as me standing during that time. If there is a fix, I'd love to know what it is. Thanks.
