if it was me then I would test using both their website and the facebook app
and be mindful that passwords are case sensitive so
if your device auto capatalize first letter like "Here you go" rather than "here you go"
then you need to be aware that passwords are case sensitive so if it's "secretPassWord" then "SECRETPASSWORD" will not be viewed as correct
