My MacBookpro constantly is" looking for wifi networks" when it is connected to my network

What does this mean ? Is something wrong with the computer setting or my wifi network? When I am on the internet all of a sudden I will et an error message that I am not connected to the internet.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.14

Old issue, new issue, what changed...?

Is your internet connection on your Network always been dodgy... what GHz band are you on if 5GHz try 2.4 GHZ and compare your results.

What happens if you are on a different Network (coffe shop, University, public LIbrary etc)— same issue as your home Wifi Network...(?)

Verify your software is up to date—

The current stable release of Mojave including bug fixes, of your 10.14.6 (18G9323)(July 21, 2021)
