Caller ID not sent from iPhone 7 iOS 15.6
Caller ID works on outgoing calls from my wife’s phone, same iOS.
I have unset and then set again the setting to show caller ID, and I have rebooted my phone.

No phone “sends” caller ID. Caller ID is sent by your carrier’s network. If the network is not sending caller ID you need to contact the carrier’s tech support for a resolution.
