Clean My Mac by MacPaw is not recommended on these parts. Mac's generally don't need 3rd party cleaner software.

Thanks for answering so quickly. I’m going to upgrade to Monterey from Catalina and I read where cleaning up/out the junk before the new installation would be helpful.
