New Apple Watch Series 7 doesn’t show my burned calories

i bought a new apple watch series 7 and it doesn’t show my burned calories at all Active or total calories and it doesn’t show that information at all on the apple or on my iphone i tried everything but it can’t seem to work

apple watch does not calculate active calories hi my apple watch is not show any active calories during workout, even though the heart rate is measured just fine. tried factory defaults - didnt help.
