The PIXMA PRO-100 is supported by Apple's built-in AirPrint service when networked, and does not require any Canon software or drivers when supported in this manner. Ensure that your new wi-fi address, if reserved, is outside of your DHCP address range, or within it, depending how you configure those settings.

In the Printers & Scanners panel, select the PRO-100 if it appears in the Printers listing. Click [-] to remove that entry and reset the printing system. If it is discovered on the network, Apple's Bonjour service window will show a line item for the printer, and when you click that entry, the dormant Use: selection will briefly switch to auto-select, and then show either AirPrint, or default. Click Add and you should be back printing again.
