Battery Health
It has not even been 1 year since I bought the mobile and the battery help is 99%, it is wrong please help

Keep doing whatever you’re doing.
All batteries degrade, always and inevitably, here you just happen to have a wear gauge.
As stated above, when it drops below 80%, get the battery (or the phone, if it goes as long as this one seems headed) replaced.
