i lost my iphone passcode and had to restore it as a new iphone.

i lost my iphone passcode and had to restore it as a new iphone to be able to use it (i was abroad and needed the phone )

when i check in my old icloud i have like 5GB of photos that i want to retrieve but i can;t as when i get into my icloud it shows me the new sync of the newly restored as new iphone.

1- how do i get my old icloud content back please.

2- are my non-synched photos erased forever from the restored iphone?

Go to Settings/[your name]/iCloud and turn on the switch for Photos.
