Hi, I made an order for an iPad Pro and Apple Pencil, and you canceled the iPad Pro and my visa card was deducted $219! why? From visa card was supposed to be deducted only the value of the Apple Pencil, which is $119!

Repeatedly Being Charged I have gone through the app and they said to go through apple and that they stopped all payments and transactions.I cannot use my card at all all that comes up is a charge for something that was a mistake and canceled. I already talked with my card company and tried everything they’ve said. It’s apple at this point. I have payments I do need to make. Not a $60 charge every time I try.

Apple payment declined but still charged from debit card. I was trying to buy an In-App Purchase from a game (I've done it before and transaction was successful) but this time it says "payment declined" and I didn't get the IAP. However I was still charged on my debit card. ($9.98 gone) I tried once more buy changing my payment according to this article If a payment card that you use with Apple Pay is declined - Apple Support, but it charged my card a second time. (Now another $9.98 gone) I looked at my Apple Pay wallet and it logged the recent transactions. However if I go to "reportaproblem.apple.com" from this article, If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support, I cannot find the transaction, so I cannot even request a refund. How do I get my money back?

why this purchase was made and how can i get my money back ? so lately my phone has been acting weird , how ? everytime i try to download an app it asks for me to put in my Apple ID pass word for payment , i thought it was just cause my card wasn’t fully loaded on my phone , so today i put it in as usual and this time my wallet came up and my card was on there but it said i need to add my cvv so i did then i get a notification that i was $9.99 from apple , now the purchase is still pending but i need my money back .

You need to contact Apple - we are all other users and do not have access to their records.
