Lost passwords

my passwords have disappeared from settings. I’ve done NOTHING to initiate this please help

You might want to see if anything in this Apple Support article helps:

If iCloud Keychain won't turn on or sync

If you have a back-up of your iPhone, and if the passwords were encrypted, you may be able to recover the passwords

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
