New AirTag states it is already associated with another Apple ID
I just bought this air tag at my local Walmart and air tag states it’s already associated with an Apple ID. What do I do?

Return it to Walmart and ask for a refund.
Unless you can identify the iCloud user that the AirTag is associated with, this AirTag is useless to you.
