So when I refund my purchases it says not eligible to refund so please apple fix this it will be an honour if you do. Thank you!

Regarding your refund, all refunds are subject to Apple's approval on a case-by-case basis. You may try again if you want with these support options-
- Call Apple at 1-800-MY-APPLE or Apple Support at 1-800-APLCARE
