Touch screen iPad mini

My touch screen on iPad mini not working. I can’t enter my password to open the screen. Cannot swipe power off to reset the device. Any suggestions??

Try a forced restart and when it fully reboots, see if the issue has gone away.

IPAD 7 screen un repsonsive even after a restart My son's IPAD screen does not respond to any touch. I have restarted the device by pressing the home and power buttons but when it comes to inputting the passcode, the screen remains unresponsive. All options that I can find are to press and hold the home and power buttons but there is nothing to actually fix the screen remaining unresponsive.

Hey!

Your touch screen might be broken. I’d recommend taking it into Apple. Force resetting the device could also help.
