I really need to change my IOS

The iPhone 6 Plus can be updated to iOS 12.5.6, no further.
Sooo I can’t upload my iOS to 14. or 15.

Correct. It is not compatible with iOS 13 or higher.
so wat must I do now
If an app requires a higher version of iOS than 12.5.6, you will need a new device.
So what must I do now
For now I don’t have money to buy new phone
