Lost Apple Watch

I cannot find my Apple Watch in my list of devices in the find my app… However it is listed on the Apple Watch app, but the button is grayed out for a turn on to find it? It won’t ding for location. I met such a loss. Recently had my screen fixed on my phone and they had to turn off the find my app… Ever since that happened my watch will not show up on the list of devices. Help! I know it is somewhere in this house?
